      通过在X(S)M-1.7密炼机上进行的3种不同构型的压砣试验,探讨了压砣结构形式变化对密炼机混炼过程产生的影响。根据消耗的最大功率、混炼时间和生产能力、单位能耗、排胶温度、炭黑分散度和物理性能,找出适宜X(S)M-1.7密炼机最佳压砣结构形式是e型结构。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the ram configuration on mixing process was investigated through the test on three different ram configurations of X(S)M-1.7 internal mixer.It was found through the analysis of maximum consumed power, mixing time, capacity, specific energy consumption, dumping temperature, carbon black dispersity and physical properties of compound that the optimum ram configuration suitable for X(S)M-1.7 internal mixer was “e” configuration.
