      以拉伸疲劳实验为基础,研究了几种防老剂的BR/NR并用胶拉伸疲劳性能、高应变与低应变范围内胶料动态疲劳破坏性能及断裂参数(β),用数学回归处理,预测了拉伸比(λ)与疲劳寿命的关系,其结果与实验结果基本相符。通过疲劳断裂界面状态分析了断裂过程的特点。实验结果表明,胺类防老剂可有效地提高胶料的疲劳寿命。
英文摘要:
      The tension fatigue property,dynamic fatigue failure property at high or low strain and rupture parameter β of BR/NR blend with various antioxidants were determined by test to obtain a regressive equation which could be used to predict the fatigue life with any tension ratio λ.It was found that the predictive fatigue life was basically in accordance with the measured one.The characteristics in rupture process on ruptured cross-section was analysed .The test results showed that the amine-type antioxidants were effective to improve the fatigue life of BR/NR blend.
