      考察了几种典型硫化体系及硫黄/促进剂CZ/促进剂DM配合对NR/NBR并用胶硫化胶力学性能影响。结果表明,采用普通硫化体系、半有效硫化体系的效果明显优于有效硫化体系及无硫黄硫化体系。通过正交试验对硫黄/促进剂CZ/促进剂DM的配合进行了初步研究,发现硫黄/促进剂CZ/促进剂DM以1.0/1.0/0配合可使并用胶硫化胶各项力学性能获得良好的平衡。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different curing systems and sulfur/accelerator CZ/accelerator DM on the physical properties of NR/NBR vulcanizates were investigated.The results showed that the effectiveness of conventional curing system or semi-efficient curing system was much higher than that of efficient curing system or nonsulfur curing system.A primary study was made on the sulfur/accelerator CZ/accelerator DM formula with the orthogonal test.It was found that the well balanced physical properties of NR/NBR vulcanizate were obtained when 1.0/1.0/0 of sulfur/CZ/DM blending ratio was used.
