      应用动态力学分析仪,考察了玻璃微珠表面处理及其体积分数对PP/EPDM/玻璃微珠复合材料动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,PP/EPDM/用硅烷偶联剂CP-03作表面处理的玻璃微珠(B1)和PP/EPDM/未作表面处理的玻璃微珠(B2)复合材料的储能模量Ec′和损耗模量Ec″均随玻璃微珠体积分数φg的增大而呈非线性的增大;在相同条件下,PP/EPDM/B1复合材料的Ec′值大于PP/EPDM/B2复合材料,而两复合材料的Ec″值相近;随着φg的增大,PP/EPDM/B1复合材料的损耗因子tanδ减小,PP/EPDM/B2复合材料的tanδ增大;两复合材料的玻璃化转变温度Tg均呈不规则的变化。

      The influence of the surface treatment and volume fraction of glass bead on the dynamic-mechanical properties of PP/EPDM/glass bead composite was investigated by using a dynamic-mechanical analyzer(DMA).The composites with two different glass beads were tested:one was surfacetreated with silane CP-03(B1)and the other was untreated(B2).The results showed that the storage modulus Ec′and the loss modulus Ec″of both the PP/EPDM/B1 composite and the PP/EPDM/B2 composite increased nonlinearly as the volume fraction φg of glass bead increased;under the same conditions,Ec′of the PP/EPDM/B1 was higher than that of the PP/EPDM/B2,and their Ec″ values were similar;the loss tangent tanδ of PP/EPDM/B1 decreased and tanδ of PP/EPDM/B2 increased as φg increased ;the glass transition temperature Tg of both composites changed irregularly.
