对不同硫化体系和硫化方式硫化的NR胶乳胶膜的结构与性能进行研究。结果表明:采用不同硫化体系的硫化胶乳所形成的硫交联键主要为多硫键,硫化胶乳胶膜的结构对性能的影响因硫化方式不同而有差异,胶乳的硫化速度、交联效率、交联密度随着胶乳纯度的提高而降低,且硫化胶乳胶膜的拉伸强度随之增大,但耐老化性能随之降低。 |

The structure and property of the NR latex film vulcanized with different curing systems and curing methods were investigated.The results showed that the most sulfur crosslinks in NR latex films vulcanized with different curing systems were polysulfide crosslinks;the influence of the structure of vulcanized NR latex film on its property depended on the curing method;and the curing rate,crosslinking efficiency,crosslinking density and aging resistance of NR latex film decreased,but its tensile strength increased as the purity of latex increased. |
