      用粒径小于0.9 mm的粉末改性NR(PMNR)与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)共混,研究共混体的力学性能及PMNR的性质对共混体冲击强度的影响。结果表明,PMNR对SAN有显著的增韧效果。以交联NR的溶胀指数为10.9、烯基链质量分数和溶解度参数δ分别为0.20和9.49的30份PMNR增韧SAN,其共混体的Charpy式无缺口冲击强度可达60 kJ·m-2左右。用扫描电镜进行的冲击断面形貌分析表明,共混体的增韧机理以剪切屈服为主兼有多重银纹化。
英文摘要:
      The modified NR powder(PMNR)with the particle size less than 0.9 mm was blended with styrene-acryloni trile copolymer(SAN).The mechanical properties of the blends and the influence of PMNR on the impact strength of blends were investigated.The results showed that PMNR had an excellent toughening effect on SAN.When 30 phr(by mass)of PMNR with the solubility parameter δ of 9.49,in which the swelling index of crosslinked NR and the mass proportion of vinyl chain were 10.9 and 0.20 respectively,was used,the blend having an unnotched Charpy impact strength of 60 kJ·m-2 or so was obtained.It was found from the analysis of the impact cross-section on SEM that the toughening mechanism was mainly the shear yielding with some degree of multiple crazings.
