      对芳纶短纤维在复合材料中的劈裂形态及劈裂对复合材料性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,芳纶短纤维增强复合材料在开炼机上混炼时,芳纶短纤维易劈裂和原纤化,其作用与芳纶浆粕相同,但短纤维更易于混炼。劈裂使芳纶短纤维与橡胶的机械嵌合力增大,从而提高复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,改善溶胀性能,但降低了垂直于摩擦面的耐磨性能。
英文摘要:
      The splitting pattern of aramid short fibre in composite and the influence of splitting on the properties of composite were investigated.The results showed that like aramid pulp,the aramid short fibre tended to split and fibrillate when the aramid short fibre reinforced composite was mixed on a mill.The splitting increased the physical bonding between aramid short fibre and rubber resulting in improved tensile strength,tear strength and swelling properties but poor abrasion property of the composite.
