      用苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)的甲苯/环己烷溶液与乙酸和过氧化氢“就地”制造的过乙酸反应的方法制备环氧化SBS。考察了环氧基质量分数对环氧化SBS性能的影响。结果表明,环氧化SBS的环氧基质量分数为0~0.06时,其相对分子质量基本不变;拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、扯断伸长率及扯断永久变形均随环氧基质量分数的增大而略微下降;耐油性和粘合性提高。
英文摘要:
      The expoxidized SBS was prepared by the reaction of the toluene and cyclohex anesolution of SBS with the peroxy acetic acid which was made in situ with acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The effect of the mass fraction of epoxy groups on the properties of epoxidized SBS was investigated.The results showed that the molecular weight of epoxidized SBS changed little when its mass fraction of epoxy groups was in the range of 0~0.06;the tensile strength,modulus at 300% elongation,elongation at break and permanent set at break decreased slightly and the oil resistance and adhesion strength improved as the mass fraction of epoxy groups increased.
