| 对增塑剂Dispergum 24进行了化学分析,并对其用于实际生产配方的增塑效果进行了研究。试验结果表明,Dispergum 24主要成分为有机助氧剂和脂肪酸锌盐,不含五氯硫酚成分;Dispergum 24对NR及其共混体系均有明显的增塑效果,且在相当宽的温度范围内均具有较高的增塑效率;由于硫黄、防老剂和炭黑会抑制其中助氧剂成分的活性,因此,用Dispergum 24不易造成混炼胶的过炼,且对混炼胶的硫化特性及硫化胶的物理性能没有不良影响;Dispergum 24对胶料有润滑作用,可降低压延生热,还有助于配合剂在生胶中的分散。 |

| A chemical analysis of plasticizer Dispergum 24 was made and its plastification effect in the production formula was studied. The results showed that the organic pro-oxygenic agent and the zinc salt of fatty acid were the main components of Dispergum 24,and there wasn′t any pentachlorothiophenolin it;Dispergum 24 had a remarkable plastification for NR or NR blend system in a quite wide temperature range;the Dispergum 24-containing compound was not subject to be overmixed,and the comparable vulcanization characteristics of compound and physical properties of vulcanizate were obtained because sulfur,antioxidant and carbon black would inhibit the activity of pro-oxygenic agent;Dispergum 24 served as lubricant in mix to decrease the heat build-up in calendering process and promote the dispersion of ingredients in compound. |
