| 采用恒张力整体成型、胶套式硫化罐硫化、硫化后切割的新工艺研制了切边V带。强力层材料选用进口硬质聚酯线绳，底胶选用CR并掺入20～30份棉短纤维，产品性能均超过化工部HG4—401—74标准并达到了日本JASO E107—82标准要求，可以满足用户要求，新生产工艺具有产品质量稳定、生产效率高和更换产品规格灵活方便等特点。 |

| An edge-cut V-belt has been produced with a new technology including whole building-up at constant tension，autoclave cure with rubber sleeve and cutting after cure. An imported hard polyester cord is used in the carcass，and CR and 20～30 phr of cotton short fibre are used in the bottom rubber. The performance of the product is in accordance with the standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry HG4—401—74 and Janpanese standard JASO E107—82. The new technology features constant quality of belt，high productivity and flexible production. |
