      讨论粘弹性流体流经突然收缩的流道时入口前区的环流问题。在先前工作的基础上,提出一预测涡流区长度LV的简单表达式。应用此式估算了胎面胶于毛细管挤出条件下的LV值,发现LV与料筒直径之比约为0.14~0.32,且随着温度的升高而减小、随着剪切速率的增高而增大。
英文摘要:
      The circle flow of viscoelastic fluid in the front zone of extruder entrance before running through a sharply contracted runner was investigated. Based on the ealier work,an equation for predicting the vortex region length LV was proposed. The value of LV during capillary extrusion of tread compund was extimated using the said equation. It was found that the LV/reservoir diameter ratio was about 0.14~0.32,and decreased with the rise of temperature and increased with the rise of shear rate.
