      依据粘弹性熔体流变学理论,采用张量分析方法,研究了混炼胶熔体在挤出过程中的膨胀行为。推导出以剪切形变为主,挤出物膨胀率B=√3[(l+S2R)4/3一l]l/2/2SR;以拉伸形变为主,挤出物膨胀率B2=3(l+K2S2R)l/3—6(1+K2S2R)-2/3/7。在理论上进一步论证收敛拉伸流变是导致混炼胶熔体挤出物膨胀率较大的原因。
英文摘要:
      Based on the theological theory of viscoelastic melt,a study was made of the dieswell of the melted compound in extrusion using tension analysis.The extrudate swell equations were derived:B=√3[(l+S2R)4/3一l]l/2/2SR(L/D→∞), B2=3(l+K2S2R)l/3—6(1+K2S2R)-2/3/7(L/D→0).It was confirmed theoretically that the convergent tension theology was the main mechanism resulting in the higher die swell.
