      根据Mooney Rivlin和Flory Rehner方程考察了辐射交联和化学交联IR/CR共混物的网络结构特征。结果表明,化学交联生成了比较密实、均匀的网络结构,而辐射交联生成比较松散的网络结构。研究了常数2C1,2C2反溶胀体系中橡胶的体积分数γk与共混物组成的不同依赖性,评价了物理交联对网络总模量的贡献。

      The charateristics of the net work c;tructure of radiation crosslinked or chemi cally crosslinked IR/CR blend was investigated on the basis of Mooney Rivlin and Flory Rehner equations. The results showed that the network structure formed by chemical crosslink was closer and more uniform, and that formed by radiation crosslink was looser. The dependence of the constants 2C1,2C2 and the fractional volume of rubber in the swelled system on the blend composition was studied. The contribution of the physical crosslink to the total modulus of the network was evaluated.
