      研究了改性胶粉/丁苯橡胶(SBR)炭黑共混胶料的力学、形态及流变性能,结果表明: 胶粉改性后,可提高掺用胶粉胶料的拉伸强度,降低压缩疲劳温升: 随着剪切速率γw的增大,胶粉用量对胶料表观粘度ηa的影响减小;加人胶粉减小了挤出口型膨胀率。通过分析胶料破坏断面的扫描电镜照片,可推测胶粉改性后与基质胶的界面结合较好。

      The mechanics,morphology and rheology of modified ground rubber/SBR mixture were studied,The results showed that the modification of the ground rubber,resulted in the increase of tensile strength of ground rubber /SBR mixture and the decrease of its compression fatigue temperature rise;the influence of the ground rubber level on the apparent viscosity ηa decreased with the increase of the shear rate γw ;and the addition of the ground rubber led to the de-crease of the extrusion die swell,It could be predicted from SEM analysis to the broken cross-section of the mixture that the bonding at the interface between the ground rubber and rubber ma-trix improved.
