| 浓缩胶乳折盛框式集装箱软袋由袋体、进料口和排料口三部分组成。袋体尺寸为1185mm×985mm×1035mm，双面贴胶，胶料配方为: 1#天然橡胶 100；硬脂酸 1.0；硫黄 1.5；促进剂M 0.6；促进剂CZ 0.8；氧化锌 5；防老剂4010 1.5；高耐磨炭黑 55；松焦油 8；石蜡 1。进料口在袋体上方正中，为硬质工程塑料，直径为200mm， 壁厚为5mm。排料口在袋体一侧面下方，为聚丙烯柱塞开关。进料口和排料口均利用橡胶夹套与袋体连成一体。成品袋体覆盖胶和胶布性能达到设计要求，尺寸和形状与外框箱吻合。集装箱可多次使用，空箱折盈后体积仅为原来的1/3。 |

| The flexible bag of the foldable-frame container for concentrated latex consisis of bag body，inlet orifice and outlet orifice.
The bag body is in size of 1185mm×985mm×1O35mm and double-side coated.The recipe of the coating is as follows:11#NR 100；stearate 1.O；sulfur 1.5；aeeelerator M 0.6；aeeelerator CZ 0.8；ZnO 5；antioxidant 4010 1.5；HAF 55:Pine tar 88；wax 1.The inlet orifice is in the middle of the upperside of the bag body and made of engineering plasties.The diameter of the inlet orifice is 20Omm，and its wall thickness is 5mm.The outlet orifice is in the lower part of one sidewall of the bag body and a polypropylene plunger is used as switech.The inlet orifice and outlet orifice are integrated with the bag body through rubber jaekets.The container maybe used for many times，when folded，the volume of the coniner is only one third of that of the original one. |
