| 所研制的透湿防水胶布的结构组成为覆盖胶层、底涂胶层和纺织物层。底涂胶层的成孔材料选用羧甲基纤维素钠的微细粉末，用量约为底涂胶层(浆)胶料的20%，水煮成孔。底涂胶层单位面积上胶量(干胶)为100一110g·m-2，覆盖胶层单位面积上胶量(干胶)为30一40g·m-2，涂制好的胶布厚度为0.38一0.39mm。水煮后的胶布采用卷蒸车硫化罐直接蒸气硫化。成品胶布的通气性(压差为98Pa) 1.5一3mL·cm-2·min-1，透湿度(杯内水，杯外硅胶干燥器，40℃) 15一20g·m-2·h-1，耐水压 2.94一3.92kPa。 |

| The proposed moisture-permeable and water-proof rubberized fabric consists of coating，substrate and textile.20 weight percent of CMC powder is used as the cell-forming material in the substrate compound.Cells are formed during water boil process.The spread of substrate is 100一1l0g·m-2；the spread of coating is 30一40g·m-2.The thickness of the rubberized fabric is 0.38一0.39mm.After water-washed，the rubberized fabric is cured directly on a trolley in an autoclave.The air-permeability (the pressure differential is 98Pa) of the finished fabric is 1.5一3mL·cm-2·min-1；the moisture-permeability(water inside the cup，silica-gel drier container outside the cup) is 15一20g·m-2·h-1；the hydrostatic stress is 2.94一3.92kPa. |
