| 丁腈橡胶(NBR)聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混型纺化纤胶圈胶料可通过调整增塑剂DBP用量(25份)、白炭黑用量(5份)使NBR/PVC之比达100/80，而胶料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、300%定伸应力等均较好，邵尔A型硬度达到控制指标(72度)。胶料的挤出条件为：挤出机机头温度 70一80℃，螺杆转速 35r·min-1。 |

| A NBR/PVC ring compound for synthetic fibre spinning was made with the NBR/PVC ratio of 100/80，at the level of plasticizer DBP of 25 phr and the level of silica of 5 phr.The resultant compound showed better tensile strength，elongation at break，modulus at 300% elongation and desired Shore A hardness(72).The compound was extruded at the temperature of 70一80℃ and screw speed of 35r·min-1. |
