      根据轮胎外胎硫化传热属一维薄板传热而模板热源温度不同的情况,将傅立叶热传导方程中一维薄板稳态热传导微分方程和一维薄板非稳态热传导微分方程联立,建立了轮胎外胎硫化过程的传热计算数学模型,并得到实际硫化测温数据的初步验证,再结合阿累尼乌斯方程提出系列外胎硫化条件计算方法。
英文摘要:
      A mathematic model for calculating the heat transfer during the vulcanization of tyre casing was established by making the differential equation of the stable heat transfer of one-dimension sheet simultaneous with that of the unstable heat transfer of one-dimension sheet in Fourier heat transfer equation based on the fact that the heat transfer during the vulcanization of tyre casing involed in the heat transfer of one-dimension sheet and the temperatures of heated mould were different.The model proved primarily with the measured temperature data during the vulcanization.A calculating method of the vulcanizing conditions was proposed by the said model combined with Arrhenius equation.
