      介绍255/45R19 104W新能源汽车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 707 mm,断面宽 270 mm,行驶面宽度 222 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.33 mm,胎圈着合直径 486 mm,胎圈着合宽度 236 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.92,胎面花纹设计采用五变节距,花纹深度 7.3 mm,花纹饱和度 72.47%,花纹周节数 88。施工设计:胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯帘线,带束层采用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线,冠带条采用1400dtex/2锦纶66帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均达到相应的国家标准或设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 255/45R19 104W new energy vehicle tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 707 mm,cross-sectional width 270 mm,width of running surface 222 mm,arc height of running surface 7.33 mm,,bead diameter at rim seat 486 mm,bead width at rim seat 236 mm,and maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.92.The tread pattern design adopted a five variable pitch,pattern depth 7.3 mm,block/total ratio 72.47%,and mumber of pattern pitches 88.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopted 2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,2×0.30ST steel cord for belt,1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for crown strip,and using one-stage building machine to build tires and nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance and durability of the tire all met the corresponding national standards or design requirements.
