研究芳纶短纤维防刺层自行车轮胎的结构设计、制备方法以及胎体强度和粘合性能的影响因素。结果表明:芳纶浆粕更适用于防刺层;随着芳纶浆粕用量的增大,胎体强度明显提高,但粘合性能下降;随着防刺层厚度的增大,胎体强度增大;在正常硫化区间内,胎体强度和粘合性能波动较小;但随着欠硫或过硫程度的增大,胎体强度和粘合性能的下降幅度较大。 |

The structure design and preparation method of the bicycle tire with aramid short fiber anti-stab layer and the influence factor on the strength and adhesion of the carcass was studied.The results showed that aramid pulp was more suitable for the anti-stab layer.With the increase of dosage of aramid pulp,the strength of the carcass was significantly improved,but the adhesion decreased.With the increase of the thickness of the anti-stab layer,the strength of the carcass was improved.During the normal vulcanization time range,the strength and adhesion of carcass fluctuated in a smaller range;but as the degree of under-sulfur and over-sulfur increased,the strength and adhesion of carcass decreased significantly. |
