      介绍轻量化295/80R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。结构设计：外直径 1039 mm,断面宽 291mm,行驶面宽度 222.4 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 570. 5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 246.75 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.14,花纹深度14.0mm,花纹饱和度71.5%,花纹周节数 72。施工设计：采用双复合挤出胎面和三复合挤出胎侧,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层选用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3＋9×0.22W钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明：成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和滚动阻力均达到设计和相关标准要求。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：The design on lightweight 295/80R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described. In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1039mm，cross-sectional width 291 mm，width of running surface 222.4 mm，arc height of running surface 9.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 246.75 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）1.14，pattern depth 14.0 mm，block/total ratio 71.5%，and number of pattern pitches 72.In construction design,the following processes were taken：douplex tread and triplex sidewall,3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2 # belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3 # belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt，3＋9×0.22W steel cord for carcass ply，using one stage method to build tire and hot plate curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that，the dimension,plunger,endurance，high speed performance met the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
