      在日本东北地区和北美的部分城市,为增强路面排水能力,减少水膜效应,提高行车安全性,常在高速公路面上铺设与机车同方向的沟槽。当机车的轮胎花纹沟槽与路面排水沟槽接触时,会在机车的横向产生相互作用力,直接影响机车的操控性以及驾驶者、乘坐者的舒适性,这被称为“Groove Wander”现象。本研究主要借助Abaqus/Explicit模块研究轮胎结构设计参数对“Groove Wander”横向作用力的影响。研究表明:轮胎花纹设计参数(形状、条数和类型)对横向作用力的影响较大;带束层设计参数(宽度)的影响次之;胎体层和冠带层的结构参数影响较小。总之,这为设计人员研发高性能“Groove Wander”轮胎提供一定的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to obtain a good drainage performance and reduce the hydroplaning effect, the road pavement with the same driving direction is set up in the highways of California and area of Japanese north land and northeast. In generally, the ‘Groove Wander’ phenomenon often takes place when the road pavement interacts with the tire pattern groove. If the lateral force of tire is generated by groove wander, unexpected lateral motion of vehicle will happen and it makes drivers and passages uncomfortable. The effects of the tire structure design parameters on the lateral force fluctuations were investigated by using the Abaqus/Explicit software. The results show that the influence of tire tread pattern design parameters (shape, number and type) on the lateral force is larger. In additional, the belt and cap design parameters have a small effect on the groove wander transverse force. In a word, this paper will be useful for the research and development of high performance tire for the designer.
