| An efficient manufacture monitoring platform was set up by using network technology and the field data collection and management, The MS、PDCA management thoughts were combined to develop the Rubber vulcanization monitoring management system. Systematic management of the vulcanization workshop was realized, including production planning management, tooling and material management, the three elements of sulfide recording, automatically judge the quality of the products on the basis of the background data, generate production records, realize digitizing and traceability management. |
