| 对比研究串联式密炼机和普通密炼机对炼胶工艺性能的影响。结果表明：采用轿车轮胎胎面胶和带束层胶配方，分别在串联式密炼机和普通密炼机中混炼，通过优化调整串联式密炼机的混炼工艺，在保持胶料原有性能不变或略有提升的情况下，胶料的混炼段数减少，原辅材料用量减小，炭黑和硫黄分散性略优，硅烷化反应程度提高，同时能耗、用电量和生产成本明显降低。 |

| The effect of series internal mixer on the performance of rubber mixing process was comparatively studied.The results showed that using the formula of passenger car tire tread compound and belt compound，the compounds were mixed separately in a series internal mixer and a regular mixer.By optimizing and adjusting the mixing process of the series internal mixer，while the original performance of the compound was maintained or slightly improved，the number of mixing stages of the compound was reduced，and the amount of raw and auxiliary materials was reduced，the dispersibility of carbon black and sulfur was slightly better，the degree of silanization reaction was increased，and the energy consumption，electricity consumption and production cost were significantly reduced. |
