      结合轮胎轮廓理论和有限元分析,研究胎体轮廓设计因素对轮胎滚动阻力的影响,确定全钢子午线轮胎低滚动阻力胎体轮廓设计准则,并研究轮胎部件各应力分量对滚动阻力的贡献,确定对滚动阻力贡献最大的变形分量。试验结果表明,应用低滚动阻力轮廓设计的轮胎滚动阻力降低约6%。
英文摘要:
      By combining tire contour theory and finite element analysis,the influence of carcass contour design factors on tire rolling resistance was studied.The low rolling resistance carcass contour design criteria for all-steel radial tire was determined,and the contributions of various stress components of tire parts to rolling resistance were studied to determine the deformation component that contributed the most to rolling resistance.The experimental results showed that the application of low rolling resistance profile design reduced tire rolling resistance by 6% around.
