      介绍宽体自卸车用16.00R25工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 482 mm,断面宽 428 mm,行驶面宽度 378 mm,行驶面弧度高 12.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 631 mm,胎圈着合宽度 285.75 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.88,花纹深度 30 mm,花纹饱和度 68%,花纹周节数 32。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶和基部胶复合设计,胎体采用7×7×0.25+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层,1#带束层采用3+9+15×0.225ST钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用4×6×0.25HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法四鼓成型机成型、单模平移式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、接地印痕和耐久性能均符合国家标准和企业标准及设计要求。

      The design of 16.00R25 off-the-road radial tire for wide-body dump trucks was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 482 mm,cross-sectional width 428 mm,width of running surface 378 mm,arc height of running surface 12.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 631 mm,bead width at rim seat 285.75 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.88,pattern depth 30 mm,block/total ratio 68%,number of pattern pitches 32.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:the tread adopted composite design of tread compound and base compound,using 7×7×0.25+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using 4 layers of belts,using 3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord for 1#belts,using 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belts,using 4×6×0.25HE steel cord for 4# belt,and using one-time four-drum building machine to build tires and the single-mode translation press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension,contact print and durability of the tire all met the requirements of national standards or enterprise standards and design.
