| 通过进行胎圈部位有限元仿真应变能值比较和轮胎胎圈耐久性能测试,研究胎圈填充胶高度对半钢子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能的影响。结果表明,适当增大胎圈填充胶高度能改善在高负荷下轮胎胎圈变形,减小胎圈部位应变能,降低胎圈部位生热,提高轮胎在高负荷下的耐久性能。 |

| The effect of bead filler height on bead durability of steel-belted radial tire was studied by comparing the strain energy values of the bead area through finite element simulation and testing the bead durability of the tire.The results indicated that increasing the height of the bead filler appropriately could improve the deformation of the bead under high load,reduce the strain energy and heat build-up at the bead area,and improve the durabilityof the tire under high load. |
