      以235/45 ZR18全防爆轮胎为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件研究不同充气压力下轮廓参数对全防爆轮胎径向刚度、侧向刚度、纵向刚度、应力、应变和生热的影响。结果表明:随着充气压力的增大,全防爆轮胎的径向刚度、侧向刚度、纵向刚度和应力均增大,应变减小,生热降低;胎圈着合宽度和断面宽的增大对全防爆轮胎的径向刚度、纵向刚度、应力和生热略有影响,对全防爆轮胎的应变和零充气压力下的侧向刚度有较大影响。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/45 ZR18 run-flat tire as the research object,finite element analysis software was used to study the influences of the profile parameters on the radial stiffnesses,lateral stiffnesses,longitudinal stiffnesses,stresses,strains,and heat build-ups of the run-flat tires under different inflation pressures.The results showed that as the inflation pressure increased,the radial stiffnesses,lateral stiffnesses,longitudinal stiffnesses,and stresses of the run-flat tires all increased,while the strain and the heat build-up decreased.The increases in bead diameter at rim seat and cross-section width had a slight impact on the radial stiffnesses,longitudinal stiffnesses,stresses,and heat build-up of the run-flat tires,and a significant impact on the strain and lateral stiffnesses under zero inflation pressure of the run-flat tires.
