      研究不同种类稻壳灰白炭黑在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与传统白炭黑ELD-165MP胶料相比,稻壳灰白炭黑胶料的硫化速度更慢,但交联密度更大;且在相同白炭黑用量的条件下,稻壳灰白炭黑K160硫化胶拉伸强度最大,白炭黑EVOSIL?NS175 MS硫化胶的拉伸强度最小;稻壳灰白炭黑的分散性较传统白炭黑差。
英文摘要:
      The application of rice husk ash silica in tire tread compound was investigated.The results showed that,compared with traditional silica ELD-165MP compound,the vulcanization rate of rice husk ash silica compound was slower,but the crosslinking density was higher,and under the same silica content,the tensile strength of rice husk ash silica K160 vulcanizate was the highest,while the tensile strength of silica EVOSIL?NS175 MS vulcanizate was the lowest.The dispersibility of rice husk ash silica was worse than that of traditional silica.
