| Abstract: Based on the original S-1 winding method, the crown band winding method adds an extra layer in the central area. This additional layer, utilizing the wound crown band, compensates for the lack of material in the central area of the tread, preventing the center of the tread from being under-filled due to the flow of rubber around the tread. This method enhances the pass rate of tire appearance inspection, simplifies the process, and increases economic profits. |
