| Taking the high-end production line project for all-steel off-the-road radial tire as the research subject，the main causes and impacts of production complexity in tire manufacturing were analyzed.The measures of production decomplexation were proposed，and the practical effectiveness were demonstrated.The results showed that by adopting decomplexation measures such as product structure optimization，process route simplification and human-machine task matching，combined with equipment capability upgrades，quality system improvements and digital applications，the goals of increasing production efficiency，reducing quality costs and enhancing product competitiveness were achieved. |
