      以全钢工程机械子午线轮胎高端生产线项目为研究对象,分析轮胎生产复杂化的主要原因和负面影响,提出生产去复杂化措施并取得实践成效。通过采用产品结构优化、工艺路线简化、人机任务匹配的去复杂化措施,结合装备能力升级、质量体系完善与数字化应用,实现了生产效率提升、质量成本降低与产品竞争力增强的目标。
英文摘要:
      Taking the high-end production line project for all-steel off-the-road radial tire as the research subject,the main causes and impacts of production complexity in tire manufacturing were analyzed.The measures of production decomplexation were proposed,and the practical effectiveness were demonstrated.The results showed that by adopting decomplexation measures such as product structure optimization,process route simplification and human-machine task matching,combined with equipment capability upgrades,quality system improvements and digital applications,the goals of increasing production efficiency,reducing quality costs and enhancing product competitiveness were achieved.
