      介绍195/85R16LT全钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　729 mm，断面宽　190 mm，行驶面宽度　144 mm，行驶面弧度高　7.49 mm，胎圈着合直径　404.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度　140 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　1.03，花纹深度　10.2 mm，花纹饱和度　75.6%，花纹周节数　41。施工设计：胎面采用单种胶料，胎体采用3＋9×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线，带束层采用2层4＋3×0.35ST钢丝帘线，钢丝圈采用Φ1.55 mm高强度胎圈钢丝，采用一次法三鼓成型机成型、机械式双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、接地印痕、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家和企业标准及相应设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 195/85R16LT all-steel radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　729 mm，cross-sectional width　190 mm，width of running surface　144 mm，arc height of running surface　7.49 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　404.2 mm，bead width at rim seat　140 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2）　1.03，pattern depth　10.2 mm，block/total ratio　75.6%，and number of pattern pitches　41.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：using single compound for tread，using 3＋9×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord for carcass，using 2 layers of 4＋3×0.35ST steel cord for belts，using Φ1.55 mm high-strength bead steel for wire ring，and using one-step three-drum building machine to build tires，mechanical dual-mold press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension，grounding footprint，strength performance，durability and high-speed performance of the tire all met the requirements of national and corporate standards and corresponding design.
