      以夏季花纹XNEX轮胎和光面MG轮胎为研究对象,通过实车试验与台架试验验证轮胎预磨合对干地制动距离的影响。结果表明:预磨合能够使轮胎表面性能趋于稳定,提高测试效率,降低研发成本;在轮胎预磨合方案中,紧急制动预磨合方案的效果最好,普通制动预磨合方案次之,正常行驶预磨合方案最差。
英文摘要:
      Taking the summer pattern XNEX tire and the smooth MG tire as the research objects,the influence of tire pre-running-in on dry braking distance was verified through real vehicle test and bench test.The results showed that pre-running-in could stabilize the surface performance of tire,improve testing efficiency and reduce research and development costs.Among the tire pre-running-in schemes,the emergency braking pre-running-in scheme performed the best,followed by the ordinary braking pre-running-in scheme,and the normal driving pre-running-in scheme performed the worst.
