| 研究异戊二烯橡胶(IR)在全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用及配方优化。结果表明:在全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中将IR对天然橡胶(NR)替代量控制在30份以内,胶料的综合性能不发生显著变化;对于50份高替代量,通过增强硫化体系、增大炭黑用量以及钕系BR同步替代镍系BR,可以实现性能平衡。 |

| The application and formulation optimization of isoprene rubber(IR) in the tread compound for all-steel radial tire were studied.The results indicated that when the IR replacement amount for natural rubber(NR) in the tread compound for all-steel radial tire was controlled within 30 phr,the comprehensive performance of the compound remained unchanged.For a high replacement level of 50 phr,performance balance could be achieved by enhancing the vulcanization system,increasing the carbon black dosage,and substituting nickel-based BR with neodymium-based BR simultaneously. |
