      介绍商用电动汽车专用12R22.5轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 083 mm,断面宽 302 mm,行驶面宽度 238 mm,行驶面弧度高 5 mm,胎圈着合直径 571 mm,胎圈着合宽度 244 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/ H2) 0.965,花纹沟采用变角度平顺设计,花纹深度 18.5 mm,花纹饱和度 83.5%,花纹周节数 72。施工设计:胎面采用三复合挤出,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线,4层带束层均采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和滚动阻力系数均符合国家标准和企业标准要求。

      The design of 12R22.5 tubeless all-steel radial tire specially for commercial electric vehicle was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 083 mm,cross-sectional width?302 mm,width of running sruface?238 mm,arc height of running surface?5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?571 mm,bead width at rim seat?244 mm,maximum width position of cross-section( H1/ H2)?0.965,using variable-angle smooth design for the tread groove,pattern depth?18.5 mm,block/tatal ratio?83.5%,and number of pattern pitches?72.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-compound extrusion for tread,3×0.24/9×0.225 CCHT steel cord for carcass,3+8×0.33 HT steel cord for four-layer belt,using three-drum one-stage building machine to build tire and double-mold shaping press to cure tire.The inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability,high-speed performance and rolling resistance coefficient of the finished tire all met the requirements of national standards and enterprise standards.
