| 分析全球大变局下我国轮胎行业面临的挑战与应对。介绍全球环境大变化对轮胎行业的影响，包括国内外轮胎行业发展环境变化、全球轮胎产业百年来的发展特点及全球大环境和科技发展。概述我国轮胎行业和企业生产运营及市场变化，近年来我国轮胎总产量增幅下降，今后轮胎行业产销量增长会遇到较大挑战，结构性问题调整需要长期时间，海外基地将受关税、当地原有政策优惠时间逐渐到期及自主品牌新核心竞争优势问题困扰，海外基地轮胎产能集中于东南亚；2024年与2025年上半年国内汽车原配、轮胎替换维修和轮胎出口三大市场变化表明，传统国际优质市场丧失严重局面短期内难以改变，努力拓展新兴市场和走出去发展保品牌、保渠道非常重要，国内新能源汽车将成为国内外汽车原配市场的中坚力量，替换维修市场是轮胎企业盈利的关键。当前轮胎行业应摒弃规模化和低价化取胜的观念，做优产业链生态，保持可持续发展，不断创新发展，实现高质化发展。 |

| The challenges and countermeasures faced by Chinese tire industry under of global great changes were analyzed.The impact of global environmental changes on the tire industry was introduced，including changes in the domestic and foreign tire industry development environment，the development characteristics of the global tire industry over the past century，and the global environment and technological development.The Chinese tire industry and enterprise production and operation，as well as market changes were overviewed. In recent years，the growth rate of Chinese total tire production had declined，and the future growth of tire industry production and sales would encounter significant challenges.Structural adjustments would take a long time，and overseas bases would be troubled by issues such as tariffs，local policy advantages gradually expiring and new core competitive advantages of independent brands.The tire production capacity of overseas bases was concentrated in Southeast Asia.The changes in the three major markets of domestic automobile original parts，tire replacement and repair and tire export in 2024 and the first half of 2025 indicated that the serious loss of traditional international high-quality markets was difficult to change in the short term.It was very important to expand emerging markets and go global to develop brand and protec channel.Domestic new energy automobile would become the backbone in the domestic and foreign automobile original parts markets，and the replacement and repair market was the key to the profitability of tire enterprises.The current tire industry should abandon the concept of winning through scale and low price，optimize the industrial chain ecology，maintain sustainable development，continuously innovate and develop，and achieve high-quality development. |
