| The causes of arching inside all-steel radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.The arching inside tire was the result of the synergistic failure of material-structure-process parameters.Under the same material and structure,specific experiments were conducted to verify the effects of building flat width and auxiliary drum circumference,and curing secondary shaping pressure on arching inside tire,as well as the impact of arching inside tire on tire performance.By adopting the solutions,such as reasonably designing the tread size and ensuring the extruded tread size meeting the design requirements,strictly controlling the building flat width and auxiliary drum circumference,and the curing secondary shaping pressure within the process requirements,the problem of arching inside tire could be effectively solved. |
