      本文介绍255/50ZR20 109Y XL 电动车低滚阻轮胎开发设计。 结构设计:外直径765mm,断面宽265mm,行驶面宽度224.4mm,行驶面弧度高18.41mm,胎圈着合直径508.4mm,胎圈着合宽度231.14mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/ H2)1.0,胎面采用四沟花纹设计,花纹深度7.4mm施工设计:胎面采用Profile式结构,胎体采用2层1000D/2高模低缩聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层4*0.225UT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用2层1260dtex/2改性锦纶66浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.295mm的低铜镀层回火胎圈钢丝,采用一次法成型机成型,B型硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸,强度性能,耐久性能和低气压性能以及高速性能均符合相关设计和标准要求,滚阻测试达到A等级。介绍255/50ZR20 109Y XL电动汽车低滚动阻力轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 761 mm,断面宽 280.5 mm,行驶面宽度 224.5 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.87 mm,胎圈着合直径 508.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度 231.14 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.0,胎面采用三宽一窄纵向花纹沟的非对称花纹设计,花纹深度 7.4 mm,花纹饱和度 72.6%,花纹周节数 82。施工设计:胎面采用五复合挤出工艺挤出,带束层采用2层4×0.225UT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用2层1260dtex/2改性浸胶锦纶66帘布,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2高模量低收缩浸胶聚酯帘布,采用一次法成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能和耐久性能均符合相关设计和标准要求,滚动阻力性能达到国家标准A级。
英文摘要:
      The design of 255/50R20 109Y XL electric vehicle tire with low rolling resistence was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?761 mm,cross-sectional width?280.5 mm,width of running surface?224.5 mm,arc height of running surface?9.87 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?508.4 mm,bead width at rim seat?231.14 mm,maximun width position of cross-section(H1/ H2)?1.0,using asymmetric tread pattern design with three wide and one narrow longitudinal grooves,pattern depth?7.4 mm,black/total ratio?72.6%,and number of pattern pitches?82.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:five co-extrusion process for tread,two layers of 4×0.225UT steel cord for belt,two layers of 1260dtex/2 modified nylon 66 dipped cord for crown ply,two layers of 1100dtex/2 high modulus low shrinkage polyester dipped cord for carcass,using one-step building machine to build tire and B-type vulcanization press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire indicated that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance and durability all met related design and standard requirements,and the rolling resistance performance reached Class A of national standard.
