中文摘要:
      研究生物基锦纶(PA)56浸胶帘线和PA66浸胶帘线热空气老化前后的粘合性能。结果表明:采用常规间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳(RFL)浸渍液的PA浸胶帘线热空气老化后单线剥离粘合性能较差;通过向RFL浸渍液中加入热老化粘合改进剂R和V制得的生物基PA56和PA66浸胶帘线热空气老化后的粘合性能得到显著改善;通过控制浸渍液低固含量制得的耐热空气老化的低附胶量生物基PA56浸胶帘线热空气老化前后均具有良好的粘合性能。
英文摘要:
      The adhesion properties of bio-based polyamide 56(PA56) dipped cord and PA66 dipped cord before and after hot air aging were studied.The results showed that the PA dipped cords with conventional resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex(RFL) dipping solution exhibited weak adhesion force in cord and rubber adhesive peeling test(CRA-test) after hot air aging.By adding hot aging adhesion modifiers R and V into the RFL dipping solution,the adhesion properties of bio-based PA56 and PA66 dipped cords after hot air aging were significantly improved in CRA-test.By lower the solid content of the dipping solution,bio-based PA56 dipped cord with low solid contact and hot air aging resistance was prepared,which presented favorable adhesion properties both before and after hot air aging.
