| 研究4种国产防护蜡在橡胶中的应用效果。结果表明:防护蜡A和B的正构烷烃含量偏高,且低碳数直链烷烃占比较大,呈平峰分布,防护蜡C和D有相对较高的异构烷烃含量,且峰形对称;4种防护蜡胶料的耐热空气老化性能相当,防护蜡B胶料的耐疲劳性能优异;在不同温度下随着停放时间的延长,防护蜡的析出速率先快后慢,析出量先升后降,防护蜡C和D在胶料表面形成的蜡膜质量优于防护蜡A和B,可以有效抵挡臭氧的攻击;高温、高湿条件可以加快防护蜡的向外迁出速度,但可能给橡胶制品带来外观不良的风险。 |

| The application effects of four domestic protective waxes in rubber were studied.The results showed that the n-alkane content of protective waxes A and B was relatively high,and the low-numbered straight-chain alkanes had relatively large peaks,presenting a flat distribution.Protective waxes C and D had relatively higher isoalkane contents,and the peak shapes were symmetrical.The four protective wax rubber compounds had comparable heat air aging resistance.The protective wax B rubber compound had excellent fatigue resistance.With the extension of storage time at different temperatures,the precipitation rate of the protective wax was initially fast and then slow,and the precipitation amount first increased and then decreased.The wax films formed on the surface of protective waxes C and D were of better quality than those of protective waxes A and B,which could effectively resist ozone attacks.High-temperature and high-humidity conditions could accelerate the outward migration speed of the protective wax,which might pose risks to the appearance of rubber products. |
