| 介绍245/45R20 103W高性能轿车轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 723.2 mm，断面宽 250 mm，行驶面宽 210 mm，行驶面弧度高 9.71 mm，胎圈着合直径 511.4 mm，着合宽度 215.9 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2 ） 1.056，胎面花纹深度 7.9 mm，花纹饱和度 31%。施工设计：胎面胶采用低滚动阻力、抗湿滑及高耐磨胶料，胎体采用双层1100dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘线，带束层采用2＋2×0.30HT钢丝帘线，冠带层采用1400dtex/2聚酰胺66帘线，采用半钢一次法成型机成型、液压式定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、耐久和高速性能均满足设计要求，抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力与噪声均满足欧盟ECE R117法规限值要求，均达轮胎标签法B级。 |

| The design of 245/45R20 103W high performance passenger car tire was introduced.In the structural design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 723.2 mm，cross-sectional width 250 mm，width of running surface 210 mm，arc height of running surface 9.71 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 511.4 mm，bead width at rim seat 215.9 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2 ） 1.056，tread pattern depth 7.9 mm，block/total ratio 31%.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：using low rolling resistance，anti-skid and high wear-resistant compound for tread compound，using two layers of 1100dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass，using 2＋2×0.30HT steel cord for belt，using 1400dtex/2 polyamide 66 cord for crown ply，and using steel-belted single-stage building machine to build tires，hydraulic shaping curing machine to cure tires.The inflated peripheral dimension，strength，durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire met the design requirements，and the wet skid resistance，rolling resistance and noise all met the limit requirements of the EU ECE R117 regulation，all of which met the B-level requirements of the tire labeling regulation. |
