| The research and application of intelligent manufacturing in extrusion process for tire semi-finished components were introduced.By utilizing technologies such as device interconnection，big data analysis，digital twins，digital technology and visual inspection，a digitalized production system was established to achieve intelligent one click start for for semi-finished components such as tread and sidewall extrusion.This greatly simplified employee operations，improved the stability of extruded semi-finished components，and helped to enhance tire uniformity.At the same time，it eliminated the risk of mixing compound during the replacement of compounds on the production line. |
