      轮胎制动特性的试验分析在轮胎配方与花纹设计中至关重要,影响轮胎性能及防抱死制动系统调校的准确性,以205/55R16轮胎为例,对轮胎制动特性试验数据进行滤波分析。结果表明:低通椭圆滤波器适合处理轮胎制动特性试验数据,滤波器的阶次与通带波纹等重要参数需要根据轮胎规格、试验条件、数据波动等实际情况调整。
英文摘要:
      Experimental analysis of tire braking characteristics plays a critical role in tire compound formulation and tread pattern design,directly impacting tire performance and the calibration accuracy of ABS systems.This study analyzed braking characteristic test data from the 205/55R16 tire through filtering techniques.Results demonstrated that low-pass elliptic filters effectively processed tire braking test data,though key parameters such as filter order and passband ripple required optimization based on tire specifications,testing conditions,data fluctuations,and other practical considerations.
