| The application of low rolling resistance improver RP900 in the tread compound of new energy vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that when using 3 phr low rolling resistance improver RP900 and 0.8 phr activator PEG4000 instead of 1.6 phr accelerator DPG in the tread compound,the vulcanization rate,crosslinking degree and physical properties of the compound did not change significantly,the heat build-up was greatly reduced,the rolling resistance of the finished tire decreased,and the wear resistance was increased. |
