      研究癸酸镍在全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶中的应用。结果表明:随着癸酸镍用量的增大,胶料的Fmax减小,硫化速度减慢,压缩生热降低;在粘合胶中以1份癸酸镍等量替代癸酸钴,胶料的门尼粘度和门尼焦烧时间相当,100%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,压缩生热降低,在保证胶料性能接近的同时还可降低材料成本。
英文摘要:
      The application of nickel caproate in steel wire adhesive compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that as the dosage of nickel caproate increased,the Fmax of the compound decreased,the vulcanization speed slowed,and the compression heat build-up reduced.Replacing cobalt caproate with 1 phr nickel caproate in the adhesive compound,the Mooney viscosity and Mooney scorch time of the compound were comparable,the modulus stress at 100% and tensile strength increased,the compression heat build-up decreased.While ensuring similar performance of the compound,it could also reduce material costs.
