      研究385/95R25 170G工程机械子午线轮胎在标准胎内温度下的负荷与速率的关系。结果表明:试验轮胎在速率为20~50 km·h-1时,负荷与速率呈多阶函数关系,在速率为30 km·h-1附近出现拐点;试验轮胎的速率小于30 km·h-1时,负荷与速率的函数曲线呈线性关系,拟合系数(R2)为0.999 3;试验轮胎的速率为30~50 km·h-1时,负荷与速率函数曲线也呈线性关系,R2为0.994 6。轮胎机床性能试验结果表明,负荷与速率的试验和拟合数据相近,说明拟合的函数关系较准确。
英文摘要:
      The relationship between load and speed of 385/95R25 170G off-the-road radial tire at standard temperature inside tire was studied.The results showed that the load and speed of the test tire exhibited a multi-step function relationship when the speed was between 20 and 50 km·h-1,and a turning point appeared near the speed of 30 km·h-1.When the speed of the test tire was less than 30 km·h-1,the function curve of load and speed showed a linear relationship with fitting coefficient(R2) of 0.999 3.When the speed of the test tire was 30~50 km·h-1,the load and speed function curve also showed a linear relationship with R2 of 0.994 6.The test results of tire machine tools showed that the test data of load and speed were similar to the fitted data,indicating that the fitted function relationship was accurate.
