| 研究3＋8×0.21ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线在7.00R15LT轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明：采用3＋8×0.21ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线后，胎圈起泡、脱层问题减少，轮胎质量减小，生产成本降低；成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能符合国家标准或企业标准要求。 |

| The application of 3＋8×0.21ST steel cord instead of 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord in the carcass of 7.00R15LT light truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that，after replacing 3×0.24/9 ×0.225CCST steel cord with 3＋8×0.21ST steel cord，the problems of bead blistering and delamination were reduced，the weight and production cost of tire were reduced.The inflated peripheral dimension，strength，high speed performance and durability of finished tire met the requirements of national or enterprise standards. |
