      探讨轮胎胎面挤出样板导流装置的差异化设计策略,研究多种设计理念导流装置对轮胎挤出部件质量的影响。试验结果表明,导流装置的结构设计与挤出部件的边厚、粘合力、表面粘性、断面气孔尺寸、尺寸稳定性以及生产效率等关键指标之间存在紧密联系。新型导流装置在这些关键质量指标上有显著的改善效果,不仅大幅提升了胎面部件合格率,还有效降低了轮胎不良品率,为轮胎质量稳定性提供了有力支持。
英文摘要:
      The differentiated design strategies for tire tread extrusion template guide devices was explored,and the impact of the guide devices with various design concepts on the quality of tire extrusion components was studied.The experimental results indicated that there was a close relationship between the structure design of the guide device and the key indicators such as edge thickness,adhesion force,surface viscosity,cross-sectional pore size,dimensional stability,and production efficiency of extrusion components. The new guide device had significant improvement in these key indicators,not only greatly increasing the qualification rate of tread components,but also effectively reducing the rate of defective tires,providing strong support for tire quality stability.
