| The causes of inner exposed cords of 405/70R20 off-the-road radial tire were analyzed，and the countermeasures were proposed.The problems of inner exposed cords of tires were effectively solved by adjusting the flat width value of the tire bead，applying adhesive film to the corresponding position of the inner liner，widening the tire sidewall，and strictly monitoring the building and vulcanization process according to standards. |
