| The design of a tread pre-die with high compatibility was introduced.By changing the distribution method of the pre-die from a forced type to a semi-forced type，and incorporating pre-compounding channels within the pre-die，the air bubbles of the composite layer between the tread compound and base compound were reduced，and the bottom flatness of the tread was improved.The pre-die could produce treads with different widths，exhibiting high compatibility.The durability performance of the finished tire produced with this die met the standard requirements，and the product qualification rate and production efficiency were improved. |
